Birth is powerful, transformative, and deeply personal. I would be honored to be part of your birth team.
Together, we will prepare for your labor with thoughtful planning, evidence-informed education, and leave plenty of space for questions. We will explore your preferences, discuss possibilities, and create a clear birth preference document you can share with your provider and hospital, keeping your voice at the center of your experience.
During labor, I will offer steady presence, emotional reassurance, and hands-on comfort for both you and your partner. Whether you are planning to give birth at a hospital, birth center, or home, my role is to walk alongside you and help you feel supported in the way that feels right for you and your partner.

Two 90-minute prenatal visits (virtual or in home)

Text communication from point of hire for 12 weeks after the birth

On-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks
