My role is to ease the weight of those days with thoughtful, attentive care, creating space for rest, recovery, and bonding so that your family can grow from a place of steadiness rather than survival.

- One 90-minute prenatal planning visit (to get to know each other, clarify your preferences, and create a personalized postpartum plan)
- Priority scheduling within first 6 weeks
- Extended text support up to 4 months postpartum
- 24 hours of in-home postpartum support
- Travel within my service area included
- Babywearing education upon request (within visit time or as a paid add-on)
- Cloth diaper education upon request (within visit time or as a paid add-on)
- One additional 60-minute virtual check-in at 6–8 weeks

The Cocoon provides consistent, in-home support during the first weeks after birth. We focus on recovery, feeding, newborn care, and the emotional adjustment into parenthood at a pace that feels manageable and steady.
This package is a balanced option for families who want continuity and reassurance from the very beginning, not just when things feel urgent.
The Sanctuary builds on the foundation of the Cocoon by offering more in-home hours and priority scheduling. With more time together, there is greater space to work through feeding challenges, adjust to changing routines, and process the transition into parenthood.
This package is well suited for families who value longer-term continuity and more consistent presence.

Continuing Your Care
Some families realize they’re not quite ready to transition out of their support rhythm — especially around growth spurts, partner return-to-work transitions, or sleep shifts. For this reason, I offer a Cocoon Extension:

Designed for families who have already worked with me and wish to continue their in-home postpartum support. Additional hours are scheduled based on availability and prepaid in full.
